Alex Rășcanu held senior marketing and communications roles in startup, global enterprise, government, and non-profit settings before entering the real estate industry, where he provides the following services in Canada's economic engine, Toronto: (1) buy and sell-side commercial and residential real estate advisory services; and (2) sell-side mergers and acquisition advisory services, primarily focused on construction industry firms.
Alex is deeply passionate about serving the best interests of commercial and residential clients in Toronto, and hosts the #RealEstateTO educational event series and facilitates the #ExperienceTO historical tours.
Alex completed a bachelor of business administration from the University of Toronto and a masters of public administration (management) from Dalhousie University, and is a registered real estate broker with Right at Home Realty, Brokerage (TRREB #: 9617440).
