Alex Rascanu held senior marketing and senior policy advisory roles before entering the real estate industry, where he provides: (1) buy and sell-side commercial real estate advisory services (suitable acquisitions analysis with portfolio and development strategy, and direct sales and digital marketing strategy development and execution to help you achieve the highest sale price in the current market); and (2) buy and sell-side mergers and acquisition advisory services primarily focused on construction industry firms.
Alex completed a bachelor of business administration from the University of Toronto and a masters of public administration (management) from Dalhousie University, and is a registered commercial real estate broker with Right at Home Realty, Brokerage (TRREB #: 9617440).
